The movie, El Norte, directed by Gregory Nava is an agonizing tale of the plight of immigrants to get to the US. There are scary scenes of real vermin, however, they are not the human immigrants. Not a documentary, but has the feel of one. A must see to understand the difficulty of the journey and develop a compassionate and informed response.
